As a clarification, these are the rules of Mar Shral;
1) Don't talk about Mar Shral. 2) FreneZy and Freehold are allowed to bind there. Anyone else will be removed from the stone. 3) Anyone in Mar Shral is KOS. If you go to Mar Shral, expect to fight. That includes otherwise allies of freehold. Mar Shral is intended as a pvp hotspot. All allies, friends, and enemies of freehold are encouraged to go there. 4) What happens in Mar Shral, stays there. You won't be put on KOS in freehold for being bad in MS
This should be obvious, but no asset destruction. You WILL be KOS in freehold for any asset destruction.

In recognition of service, loyalty and dedication - Darth Kronic has been promoted to General and is now fully vested as Marshal.
With this, he is now authorized to speak on behalf of freehold and to act interpreting policy to resolve disputes, and to hire and fire resident mercenary clans in addition to his former responsibilities.

Freehold congratulates Illian Truedell and Maverick Darkhaven on their promotions to Lieutenant.
The role of lieutenant in freehold is an important one, as the lieutenants are the first rank authorized to speak on behalf of the clan.
Lieutenants are also authorized to collect bind slot rent, so anyone looking to pay for a bind slot may find a lieutenant to do so.

As Freehold continues to grow and change, so do we learn who we have that are valuable leaders and who are better suited for other roles.
Darth Kronic has been offered the role of Marshal of Freehold and has accepted the position, assuming a promotion to general. The Marshal is the position responsible for all sub-officer promotion and demotion, recruit induction and evaluation, and military leadership.
Nalrune Aranveil, Illian Truedell,and Legendary Spade have been promoted to Sergeants, for demonstration of combat ability, good judgement, leadership potential and initiative in combat.
Lastly, Ninogan Swiftstep, Churuk Dungpuncher and Lilis Slowfoot have been demoted to positions more suitable for their disposition and level of participation.

This post is directed at Freehold clan members only.
The following rules are in effect for resources in Mar Shral.
--- NODES ---
All nodes will be gathered by FreneZy/Freehold freely.
For Freehold Members:
Grove: Timber must be donated to clan, reagents may be kept, reagent donations will be counted towards contribution. Cut wood will give contribution credit as well.
Farm: Please donate any farm mats past what you need. Keep ~3-4 horses/steedgrass.
Mine: All mine resources go to clanbank. We will be making armor / weapons from clan funds + mats for clan members.
--- PVP ---
Everyone other than FreneZy and Freehold are KOS in Mar Shral, no exceptions.
Freehold members should be working alongside FreneZy who will be providing PVP guidance and training where possible.

Freehold has negotiated a peace arrangement with FreneZy pending, including occupancy of Mar Shral and cooperation with Freehold forces there.

The city of Mar Shral is off limits to anyone but FreneZy and Freehold clans. Anyone else in Mar Shral will be killed on sight, without question.
No actions taken in Mar Shral will affect KOS status in Freehold.
There is no other law in effect in Mar Shral.

Unless you have made special arrangements, the grove and quarry are off limits except to freehold clan members and specific mercenary clans.

Freehold welcomes "The A Team", who are offering rapid response military service in exchange for access to the city. They have been invited to bind on a trial basis, we're all hoping for a successful arrangement.
