Ranks and Responsibilities

Note that each increasing rank may at any time include any of the responsibilities of a rank below it, depending on need and situation.

Sub-officer ranks

Recruit: 
Demonstrating maturity, involvement and ability to learn and cooperate.

Private: 
Skill gain, city defense, police operations, combat readiness.

Corporal: 
training and organization of recruits and privates, explaining and enforcing rules of the city.

Sergeant: 
Coordinating city defense, making police decisions, directing enforcement of rules of the city.

Officer Ranks 

Lieutenant: 
Gate management, directing defense towers, collection of bind slot rent.

Captain: 
Management of KOS list, distribution of practice weaponry, inspection and maintenance of soldier readiness.

Major:
Induction and promotion of recruits, management and selection of mercenaries.

Supreme General:
Executive decision making, policy making, political diplomacy, appointment of officers, city construction, repair and investment.
